Cody’s Philosophy
"Survival of the Fitness arose from this passion I have. My own search led me to develop this philosophy impacting how I train my clients to develop their own healthy and fit lifestyle. It all comes from showing the client their unlimited potential and inspiring them to develop it for the rest of their life."
"I live by these principles in my own life. Through mediation and study, and my path as an artist I have found my own potential and I am striving to create that in my life and art. In this way, I am my ideal client--I have the experience and benefits I want my client’s to have. I live a healthy, active lifestyle, I meditate for clarity and relaxation, I creatively express myself, and I try to make living an art. If I can inspire my clients to reach for the same then I’ve done a good job."
Cody’s Training Programs
Cody’s training programs are designed with a focus on balance; for the creation of muscle memory, flexibility; to facilitate proper movement, core strength; to prevent injuries and to improve balance. Cody develops training programs using functional strength exercises. The idea behind this is that by concentrating on functional strength the body learns how to best move and use its energy in all planes of motion, and in the activities of daily life. Balance and Flexibility are key components of Cody’s model, gaining muscle and loosing weight happen while increasing the body’s maximum potential through stretching and strengthening exercises. Cody’s programs also systematically support your weak areas by developing training for those areas turning them into new strengths. Most importantly Cody believes that training should be fun and that workouts don’t have to be a difficult task we have to do.
