Integrity
Your body is not built like a stack of bricks. You hold your body up and move it, through a theory called ‘Tensegrity’. Your bones act as compression and your connective tissues hold the tension. Connective tissues are fibrous elements running throughout your soft tissues that keep them held in place.
Release Tension
Now that you know how your body holds tension we can teach it to release tension. In this program you will learn how to use your body to work for you and move the way you want it to.
Hands On Approach
Survival of the Fitness uses various techniques to get you feeling great and on the road to achieving your goals. Sometimes stretching and moving on your own is just not enough to get those tight muscles to relax and weak muscle to activate. This is where the techniques of; massage with movement, inhibition, stretching and muscle cuing come in.

Skill Set
Cody has years of experience to use at his advantage when it comes to recognizing when a client needs more attention to a certain range of motion or weak part of their body. In-depth knowledge of human movement, anatomy and technique allow Cody to provide the utmost in personalized service to his clients precisely when and where they need it.
