Erin Goldman MSW, RYT

With a long history in dance, counseling, and meditation, Erin embraces the yogic elements of body, mind and spirit. Erin studied and was certified in Hatha Yoga at the Pyramid Yoga Center on the island of Koh Pha Ngan, Thailand and is currently pursuing a certification in Anusara Yoga. She has experience in both group and private instruction. She is a Registered Yoga Alliance Instructor and the owner of ChakraBodyYoga. It is Erin’s goal to guide each student in achieving Health, Happiness, and Balance.

The Class


Class Times: Mondays and Wednesdays 7:15pm till 8:15pm @ Studio

Erin's group classes focus on a gracefulness and economy of movement and students are encouraged to allow each pose to flow from the heart. Careful instruction is given for safe alignment and optimal experience of each posture. Poses strategically used to open and balance the energy centers of the body are seamlessly woven into each class. Asana (posture), pranayama (breath control), visualization, and meditation are used to create a holisitic experience. Moving to the rhythm of her calm voice, Erin's classes tend to be relaxing, yet challenging and invigorating. You will leave feeling energized, uplifted and balanced.
